Chief Executive Officer
Bob Moore became Munroe Regional Medical Center's Chief Executive Officer on December 8, 2014. With more than 30 years of executive hospital leadership, Mr. Moore brings a wealth of expertise to Munroe. He received his undergraduate degree at Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois and an MBA from Northcentral University in Prescott, Arizona. He holds a Master's of Science in Management from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois, and a certificate in Hospital Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
Chief Operating Officer
Phil Wright, II, joined Munroe Regional in May 2014 from Southampton Memorial Hospital in Franklin, Va. where he served as Chief Executive Officer from 2010 until 2014.
Mr. Wright is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the medical center by being involved in hospital budget preparation and capital planning. Mr. Wright's major focus for Munroe Regional is the hospital's productivity, non-salary cost reduction, process improvement, new program development and patient loyalty.
Chief Financial Officer
Eric LaChance became the Chief Financial Officer of Munroe Regional Medical Center in August 2014. He has more than 10 years of experience overseeing the financial health of those facilities under his management.
Eric comes to Munroe from Southern Virginia Regional Medical Center, an 80- hospital in Emporia, Virginia, where he was Chief Executive Officer for the last nearly two years. As CEO, he enhanced the hospital's commitment to providing quality patient care by implementing proven best practices around safety. He also led efforts to improve the experience that patients have at the hospital and raised employee and physician satisfaction.
Previously, Eric served in financial leadership roles at hospitals in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Oklahoma. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.
Chief Nursing Officer
Robyn Stowell joined Munroe Regional Medical Center in June 2016, with almost 30 years of healthcare experience, Stowell has 16 years of hospital nursing leadership experience. Since 2006, she has held chief nursing officer roles at North Central Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas, Trinity Hospital of Augusta, Georgia and Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center in Davenport, Florida. Under her leadership at North Central Baptist Hospital, the organization sustained 5 Star ratings in inpatient satisfaction, improved productivity and engagement and opened new service lines. Trinity Hospital of Augusta received several accreditations including Chest Pain Center designation and Bariatric Center of Excellence during her tenure. Stowell holds a Post Masters Certification and license as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Drexel University. She also holds a Masters in Health Management from St. Thomas University.
Ms. Stowell is responsible for the delivery of nursing care by working with her team of clinical leaders and front line nurse providers. Ms. Stowell’s major focus is on providing safe, quality nursing care to our community and the patients we serve.
