On the evening of July 3, I had to call 911 for help. My husband was experiencing a heart attack. The operator that answered my call and the EMT'S that arrived at our house in minutes were great. I wish I knew their names so that I could thank them personally. They took care of my husband's immediate needs and had him at Munroe Regional Medical Center emergency room in a matter of minutes. The emergency room care was terrific. Dr. Robert Feldman was at the E.R. waiting for us. He took my husband to the cath lab and inserted a stent in the troublesome artery. Inpatient care was great. We were discharged after 24 hours. Dr. Feldman, in addition to being an excellent physician, is a good friend. To him we will always be grateful.
The people of Marion County are truly fortunate to have these people and this hospital.
