Incontinence Program
Twenty five million people of all ages suffer from incontinence. Approximately 80% are women but only half of those people seek treatment.
There is help.
Incontinence is the involuntary loss of urine—which may be a temporary or long-term problem. The incontinence program at LifeTime Center is structured for the individual and therapy includes biofeedback-directed exercise to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. Usual treatment involves one weekly 60-minute session with a physical therapist to individualize a home exercise program.
